Job summary

Software Mind is seeking an experienced HR professional to support day-to-day HR administration across a multi-company structure and to organize and improve HR processes. You will handle electronic personnel files, standardize workflows, and drive automation using new technologies and AI tools in collaboration with the operational improvement team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in independent HR role in international company
• Experience coordinating projects in HR
• Strong knowledge of labor law and GDPR
• Experience documenting processes and internal policies
• Experience leading HR improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Support HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
• Standardize and support HR processes across departments
• Identify improvements and automate HR processes using new tech
• Collaborate with external HR/payroll system partner
• Co-create and update HR and payroll policies
• Assist in preparing and updating company regulations with Legal
• Prepare HR reports and summaries
• Run ad hoc HR projects and HR legislation changes
