Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent demonstrated global Talent Acquisition experience.
• 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience establishing global Talent strategies and leading global talent operations.
• Strong understanding of global Talent Acquisition compliance across multiple regions.
• Experience implementing and optimizing technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of Solventum's Talent Acquisition global function.
• Maintain best-in-class global Talent Acquisition center of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and optimize systems for scalability.
• Provide analytics and reporting to senior leadership on service delivery and trends.
• Partner with IT, HR, Legal, and Finance to align technology with business needs.
