Job summary

Demant in Poland (Szczecin) is seeking a Senior HRIT Specialist to own and optimize HR technology across Talent & Performance, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, onboarding, and Phenom Talent Acquisition.

You will translate business needs into scalable configurations, support international rollouts, and collaborate with HR teams, Product Owners, IT and vendors to ensure data quality and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and onboarding solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable HR IT solutions.
• Proven collaboration with HR, Product Owners and IT teams on global rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Own complex 2nd–3rd level support and act as escalation point for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Phenom tools.
• Lead configuration and continuous improvement across SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, onboarding and Phenom Talent Acquisition.
• Design end-to-end integrations with Employee Central and other HR systems to ensure data consistency.
• Drive changes from requirements to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Lead HRIT workstreams and support international rollouts and talent cycles.
• Advise stakeholders while improving process standardization, data quality, usability and reporting.
