Job summary

Dolby is seeking a People (HR) Administrator to drive an excellent employee experience by supporting programs, projects, processes and systems. This temporary contractor role spans global employee lifecycle activities and data management within a dynamic, flexible work culture.

You’ll partner with the People (HR) team to handle onboarding, data integrity, inquiries, and reporting using tools like ServiceNow and SuccessFactors. This is a 12-month contract with strong collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel (including vlookup, pivot tables, mail merge).
• Experience in HR data integrity and lifecycle processes.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Collaborative and transparent team player.

Responsibilities

• Support global employee lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, transfers).
• Use ServiceNow to respond to People-related inquiries and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain HR data and administer HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
• Organize and manage personnel files and HR communications.
• Assist with workforce planning and ad hoc requests.
