Job summary

Jobgether is sourcing an HR & People Operations Expert based in Poland for a remote, independent contractor role. The task-based position focuses on payroll operations, workforce planning, HR policies, and employee lifecycle management with clear assessment standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR operations, strong analytical skills, and English proficiency (B2/C1). A 12-month contract with approximately 10 hours per week is offered, with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on experience in payroll, workforce planning, HR policy, or employee lifecycle operations.
• Experience designing, applying, or evaluating structured HR procedures and policies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create objective assessment criteria.
• Comfort working across spreadsheets and HR reference materials.
• Written and verbal English at least B2; C1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic HR tasks covering payroll, workforce planning, policy interpretation, and lifecycle processes.
• Establish structured grading rubrics and measurable evaluation standards.
• Assess professional judgment through HR scenarios rather than simple fact retrieval.
• Prepare and organize relevant HR materials, payroll reports, and agreements.
• Flag ambiguous tasks and ensure clarity and assessability.
• Deliver assignments within agreed timelines.
