Job summary

Instant Impact in Krakow, Poland seeks a Head of Marketing & Communications to lead global marketing, communications and brand strategy. The role drives integrated campaigns, digital marketing, thought leadership and client engagement across markets, shaping strategy, measuring performance and delivering growth.

The successful candidate will lead cross‑functional teams, partner with senior stakeholders, and execute with a hands‑on, data‑driven approach.

Qualifications

Significant senior marketing and communications leadership experience in professional services or financial services.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategies driving growth and measurable outcomes.
Experience leading multi-region marketing activity and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver a global marketing and communications strategy aligned to growth priorities.
Develop and maintain a differentiated brand position across markets and client touchpoints.
Advise senior leadership on trends, client needs, and competitive activity.
Lead internal and external communications, including thought leadership and media engagement.
Develop integrated campaigns across digital, content and client engagement channels.
Advance digital marketing capabilities, including website strategy, SEO and analytics.
Create marketing programs with BD, Sales and CRM to drive pipeline.
Oversee events, sponsorships and measurement frameworks showing marketing impact.
