Qualifications

• Significant senior marketing and communications leadership experience within professional services or financial services.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies driving growth and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading activity across multiple regions and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a global marketing and communications strategy aligned to growth and priorities.
• Develop and maintain a differentiated brand position across markets and touchpoints.
• Lead internal and external communications, thought leadership and media engagement.
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, content and client engagement channels.
• Advance digital marketing capabilities including website strategy, SEO, analytics and marketing automation.
• Create targeted programs with Business Development, Sales and CRM teams.
• Lead the global events and sponsorship strategy to support business development.
• Establish measurement frameworks demonstrating marketing's impact on performance.
• Drive adoption of marketing technology, AI and automation to improve outcomes.
• Manage budgets, agencies and partners; mentor a high-performing team.
