Job summary

Teciem is seeking a senior leader to own the enterprise AI transformation from intake through delivery, ensuring measurable business value. You will guide cross-functional teams, govern AI portfolios, and drive ROI while coordinating with SteerCo and governance bodies.

We expect a decade of leadership in AI programmes, with strong decision rights and vendor management. This role offers strategic influence in a fintech-forward enterprise software environment in Poland.

Qualifications

• 10+ years running technical, data or AI programmes, at head-of or director level.
• Experience governing a portfolio of AI use cases at enterprise scale with funding decisions.
• Proven leadership of a team or cross-functional delivery network.
• Strong steering-committee communication and decision-making for tech initiatives.
• Credibility with senior leaders across sales, finance, HR, operations and strategy.
• Business outcomes mindset with high autonomy and initiative.
• Bonus: fintech or B2B enterprise software familiarity; AI governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise AI transformation end to end from intake to measurable business value.
• Run AI use-case registry, score, prioritise, and plan delivery waves.
• Manage cross-team dependencies across functions, tech ops and partners.
• Lead build-versus-buy calls, vendor selection, and SOO validation.
• Functionally lead the central AI team and drive adoption and ROI.
• Prepare governance inputs; represent in SteerCo and Governance Committee.
• Deliver portfolio reporting that enables action by leaders.
