Job summary

Simon-Kucher is hiring a Senior Manager AI Engineering in Warsaw to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering enterprise AI solutions that create measurable business value. You will combine AI expertise with leadership, project delivery, and client advisory to scale AI across commercial functions.

You will drive AI transformation from strategy to deployment, mentor engineers, ensure architectures align with business goals, and support business development with AI proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, ML Engineering, Software Engineering, or Applied AI.
• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience combining AI with commercial functions and leading technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AI transformation programs from strategy through enterprise deployment, ensuring delivery and business impact.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers, consultants, and client stakeholders.
• Oversee design and implementation of enterprise AI architectures aligned with business objectives and engineering standards.
• Guide teams in delivering modern AI solutions including Agentic AI, LLM apps, RAG, AI agents, and cloud-native platforms.
• Translate business processes into AI-enabled operating models and prioritize high-value AI use cases.
• Promote software engineering excellence, MLOps, Responsible AI, governance, observability, and operational excellence.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on AI strategy, operating models, governance, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Drive capability development by mentoring team members and fostering continuous learning.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and shaping AI proposals.
