Hitachi Energy Poland SP. Z O.O. is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to accelerate AI adoption across engineering platforms and software products. You will bridge AI strategy and execution, working with software engineers, architects, data specialists, and cybersecurity teams to deliver measurable value.

The role emphasizes autonomy, high visibility, and influence on how AI capabilities are introduced and scaled across multiple engineering organizations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, digital transformation or related roles.
• Hands-on experience delivering software solutions and technology transformations in complex organizations.
• Experience with AI technologies, ML, generative AI, or intelligent automation.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise architecture principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good written and spoken English (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AI technologies across engineering platforms and teams.
• Translate AI strategy into practical plans with measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and delivery with AI.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, data specialists and security teams.
• Promote modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development.
• Support modernization of legacy systems and adoption of new patterns.
• Lead experimentation, PoCs and innovation initiatives with the organization.
