Job summary

TechTree is seeking a Group Head of AI & Value Creation to drive practical AI adoption across our portfolio and within the group. This hands-on role works directly with portfolio CEOs and group leadership, taking ideas from concept to production and prototyping solutions yourself.

You will identify opportunities, build roadmaps and scale reusable AI playbooks while shaping the commercial case and governance across multiple portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• Strong experience working with CEOs, management boards or senior executives.
• Excellent business communication and executive presence.
• Strong commercial and P&L understanding.
• Proven experience implementing technology, AI or digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies and their practical business applications.
• A hands-on approach - experience building prototypes, automations, workflows or early-stage solutions.
• Confidence to challenge CTOs, CIOs and technology teams on technical and implementation assumptions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise constraints such as security, compliance, integrations and legacy systems.
• High level of independence and ownership.
• Professional fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship: Launch pilots, prototypes and AI-enabled workflows, and take the successful ones from pilot to production.
• Partner at the top: Work directly with CEOs, management boards and technology leaders across the group.
• Make the commercial case: Assess the ROI, implementation cost and value-creation potential of AI initiatives.
• Scale what works: Build reusable AI playbooks, standards, vendor knowledge and governance frameworks, and identify solutions that can be replicated across multiple portfolio companies.
• Support strategic initiatives: Contribute AI and technology assessments during due diligence on new initiatives.
• Drive internal adoption: Champion AI adoption within the group's teams and internal operations.
• Transfer ownership: Build internal capability in portfolio companies and hand over ownership of implemented solutions, to support long-term value creation across the group.

The role

We're looking for a Group Head of AI & Value Creation to drive practical AI adoption across our group of companies and within our own organisation. This is a hands-on mandate that sits at the intersection of business transformation, AI, technology and value creation - not a purely advisory role. You'll work directly with portfolio company CEOs, management boards and group leadership, taking opportunities from first idea through to implementation and adoption, while also being able to personally prototype, test and ship solutions.

What you’ll do

Preferred backgrounds (open to a range of paths):

Top-tier strategy consulting followed by an operating role, or MBB-style consulting combined with startup, scale-up or corporate execution experience.

AI, data or technology transformation consulting.

Senior transformation, digital or technology roles with strong commercial exposure.

Technical or quantitative education (computer science, AI/ML, mathematics, statistics, engineering).

Experience in private equity, corporate group or holding structures, or strong familiarity with multi-company value-creation models.

Logistics

Warsaw, hybrid, with regular travel across Central and Eastern Europe to work directly with portfolio companies.
