Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for International Growth Programs in Warsaw. You will shape expansion plans, launch new European markets, and drive execution across Commerce, Product/Tech, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

Leading a large cross-functional program, you will collaborate with senior leaders and workstream owners to turn strategic goals into operational outcomes, ensuring delivery across CZ, SK, HU and new markets.

Qualifications

• Oversee multiple cross-functional workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Break down ambiguous problems into actionable plans with clear ownership.
• Strong data-driven decision making and budgeting awareness.

Responsibilities

• Structure, prioritize and execute strategic international expansion initiatives.
• Lead program governance, track cross-functional workstreams and remove bottlenecks.
• Structure localized value propositions for buyers/merchants in new markets.
• Act as connective tissue across teams, driving alignment without direct reporting lines.
• Prepare data-backed steering materials and updates for senior leadership.
