Job summary

Allegro is seeking a Senior Business Program Manager for Allegro Pay in Warszawa, Poland. You will define strategy and business development plans, drive strategic collaborations, and oversee a portfolio of critical initiatives for the Fintech team.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and growth. You will be challenged to anticipate key initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate effectively at SLT and Executive levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy or program management.
• Proven track record delivering strategies from idea to outcome.
• Strong collaboration and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Data-driven with ability to derive insights and support recommendations.
• Excellent command of English and Polish (C1).

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and business development plans by managing models and adapting to market shifts.
• Establish deals and partnerships including RFPs and commercial partnerships.
• Oversee a portfolio of high-impact initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Act as growth catalyst by mobilizing teams to meet mid-to-long-term goals.
• Support Fintech team by challenging status quo and identifying opportunities.
