Allegro Ltd. in Warszawa, Poland, is seeking a Senior Project Specialist for Partner Programs to drive international expansion efforts. You will autonomously manage projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to planning and compliance initiatives.

You will maintain roadmaps, document processes, and analyze data to identify opportunities, while mentoring teammates and ensuring timely delivery in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Fluent in English (C1+) and Polish (native level).
• Proven experience in project, program, operations, or process coordination.
• Experience gathering stakeholder requirements and coordinating tasks across cross-functional teams.
• Structured, process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Autonomously manage and deliver assigned projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality.
• Manage stakeholders and gather requirements from internal teams to address business needs.
• Contribute to project planning and execution with timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups.
• Drive operational implementation and coordinate actions to meet deliverables.
• Support Partner Compliance initiatives and ensure teams have necessary information.
• Proactively manage risks and progress, escalating when needed.
• Own and maintain project documentation, roadmaps, notes, and reports.
• Develop process documentation and map workflows to improve efficiency.
• Report and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Share knowledge and mentor teammates to improve workflows.
