You will lead a large-scale, cross-functional program, work with senior leaders, and deliver data-backed steering materials and decisions for leadership. Fluent English and Polish are required; office-first with flexible hours and strong learning

Qualifications

• Strong program governance across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, international setting.
• Structured problem solving and strategy development for ambiguous business problems.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in data, metrics, and budgeting logic.

Responsibilities

• Drive international agenda across existing and new markets (CZ, SK, HU).
• Lead program orchestration and governance; track cross-functional workstreams.
• Structure localized value propositions for buyers and merchants in new markets.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and align teams without direct reporting lines.
• Prepare data-backed steering materials and updates for senior leadership.
