Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading transformation, continuous improvement, or large-scale change initiatives within Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Consulting environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional transformation programs with measurable business impact.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Experience with supply chain operating models, process optimization, and performance management.
• Project management experience; PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
• Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in an international environment.
• Leadership skills to drive alignment and motivate teams through change.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, automation, analytics, or advanced planning solutions is highly desirable.
• Self-driven, proactive mindset focused on results and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability and willingness to travel (~30%).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and related areas.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, service levels, efficiency, costs, and customer experience.
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and measurable outcomes with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans with timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
• Drive governance with progress tracking, risk management, and milestone delivery.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and design future-state operating models.
• Lead standardization and continuous improvement across regions and units.
• Support digital transformation, automation, and analytics solutions in SCM.
• Identify and mitigate project risks impacting delivery or objectives.
• Manage scope, resources, and priorities through governance frameworks.
• Advise Supply Chain leadership on priorities, roadmaps, and change initiatives.
• Build partnerships across Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, Finance, IT, and GBS.
• Facilitate clear communication across levels; deliver executive updates and business cases.
• Lead change management to ensure adoption of new processes and systems.
• Support teams through organizational and operational changes and foster engagement.
• Stay informed on SCM trends and technologies to drive innovation.
