Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in Finance, Business Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Project or Program Management within multinational organizations.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel occasionally.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, operating models, and transformation environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic finance priorities into transformation initiatives and actionable roadmaps.
• Lead complex transformation initiatives from mobilization through stabilization and value realization.
• Drive change management and alignment to ensure stakeholder adoption across functions, regions, and levels.
• Monitor value delivery and ensure transparency of outcomes to Finance Leadership.
