Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a Senior GBS Transformation Lead to drive strategic, end-to-end supply chain transformation across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver large programs and ensure adoption of new processes and technologies.

The role focuses on efficiency, digitalization, and value creation, with a global scope and substantial change management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in transformation, CI, or large-scale change in SC/ops or consulting.
• Proven cross-functional transformation program delivery with impact.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Experience with operating models, optimization, and performance management.
• PM proficiency; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are a plus.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, service levels, efficiency, cost, and customer experience.
• Define scope, objectives, and measurable outcomes with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive governance, tracking, risk management, and milestone delivery.
• Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and design future-state models.
• Lead standardization and continuous improvement across regions and units.
• Support digital transformation, automation, and analytics initiatives.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues impacting delivery and objectives.
• Communicate status and outcomes to leadership and teams.
