Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a GBS Planning Tower Lead to guide the Supply Planning team, ensure reliability and high performance, and harmonize processes across regions.

The role demands a Master’s degree with APICS certification, fluency in English, and 12+ years in supply planning or related fields, including large-team management. Hybrid work model with strong focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; APICS certification preferred.
• Fluent English and excellent communication/presentation skills.
• Experience leading large teams (30+ members) in supply planning, purchasing, inventory or logistics.
• Strong strategic mindset and international stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to career development of the Supply Planning GBS teams.
• Drive a GBS mindset and lead process improvements, standardizing across country clusters.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management; act as a contact for planning leadership.
• Monitor and improve systems, tools and processes in supply planning; drive automation opportunities.
• Support transition and align with Global/Regional leadership during and after transitions.
• Ensure monthly S&OP and weekly S&OE processes are executed and documented.
