Job summary

Ashland Ingredients Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Logistics Specialist - Export Processor to join our Warsaw office. The role focuses on managing deliveries, goods issues/receipts, and shipping documentation while coordinating with internal teams to keep orders flowing efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in export logistics or customer service, strong English, and experience with SAP and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of TMS is preferred to drive improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Education background or 2-4 years' experience in a similar position (Export Customer Service, Logistics)
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP
• Understanding of customer service, warehousing, production and logistics processes is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and drive for efficiency
• Ability to help drive greater value through business understanding and decision making
• Experience with TMS preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor and create deliveries
• Perform Goods Issue and Receipt
• Block damaged goods and unblock when needed
• Prepare documents required for shipping
• Monitor stock to make allocations daily
• Inform CS about incomplete or blocked orders
• Follow up on inbound shipments, esp. urgent outbound orders
• Arrange express shipments and manage returns
• Update deliveries/shipments to confirm shipping
• Enter freight accruals
• Support month-end supply chain closures
• Collaborate with internal and external teams
• Coordinate with TMS processors to execute bookings
• Contribute to organizational goals through initiative and performance
• Improve organization capacity through collaboration and communication
