Job summary

Clariant in Lodz, Poland, is seeking a Process Specialist to independently perform daily import/export operations, ensuring accuracy, SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory compliance. You will handle standard and moderately complex transactions, documentation management, and coordination with freight forwarders and internal stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in logistics, SAP, Excel, and knowledge of ocean, air, road, intermodal, and customs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Logistics.
• Practical knowledge in ocean, air, road, intermodal, dangerous goods, customs + trade.
• SAP knowledge.
• Intermediate MS Office, especially Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
• Nice to have: basic PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform daily transactional import/export activities in line with SLA/KPIs.
• Conduct accurate data entry in SAP and other systems.
• Proactively communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers.
• Troubleshoot routine operational issues and escalate complex ones as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with internal guidelines.
• Coordinate with sales, planning, warehousing on import-related matters.
• Support process improvement and update SOPs.
• Provide team support and onboarding under Senior Specialist guidance.
