Qualifications

• Education background or 2-4 years’ experience in a similar position (Export Customer Service, Logistics).
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP.
• Good understanding of the business processes, warehouse, production and logistics processes are an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, natural curiosity, drive for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and create deliveries, perform Goods Issue and Receipt, block damaged goods, unblock when needed.
• Prepare documents required for shipping.
• Monitor stock to make allocations on daily basis, inform CS about incomplete or blocked orders.
• Follow up on expected inbound shipments, especially urgently needed for outbound orders.
• Arrange ‘express shipments’ and manage return orders.
• Update deliveries / shipments to acknowledge confirmation of shipping.
• Enter freight accruals and support month end closures.
• Cooperate with internal and external teams and with TMS processors.
