Job summary

SMOOTHH® is seeking a driven Export Sales Manager to expand our international B2B footprint from Świętokrzyskie, Poland. You will spearhead export growth, open new markets, and manage key partner relationships across borders.

You will travel regularly, lead a small export sales team, and collaborate with the Management Board to shape the company’s international growth strategy. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing export and B2B sales.
• Ability to open and develop international markets independently.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B export sales growth across international markets.
• Develop existing markets and actively acquire new customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies.
• Co-create and implement the export growth strategy.
• Analyze market potential, competitors, and industry trends.
• Lead commercial negotiations and build relationships with international partners.
• Manage and develop a small export sales team.
• Collaborate with the Management Board on key business decisions.
• Conduct regular visits to international customers and partners.
