You will manage a small export sales team, develop new opportunities, lead negotiations with partners, travel regularly, and report directly to the Management Board. The role offers autonomy, a base base compensation with a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven export and B2B sales development experience.
• Measurable achievements in sales growth and market expansion.
• Experience opening and developing international markets independently.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.

• Experience leading a small sales team and building accountability.
• Fluent English for international business communication.

Responsibilities
