The ideal candidate has proven experience in pharmaceutical GxP environments, strong IT project management skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Quality Systems (eQMS) projects in pharmaceutical GxP environments.
• Fluent English required for global collaboration.
• Experience with CSV/Computer System Validation.
• Strong IT project management and vendor coordination across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead global eQMS consolidation program from multiple platforms to a single Veeva-based solution.
• Drive adoption of the Vacaville Veeva platform as foundation for One Lonza eQMS landscape.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Quality, IT, business, vendors, and sites.
