Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management or related fields.
• Experience leading large-scale Enterprise projects.
• Ability to travel 25-50% and access to an airport.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical affinity with software implementation; SaaS and GxP familiarity.
• EU work authorization; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead a key enterprise customer in IT operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud.
• Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program including planning and forecasting.
• Act as primary customer liaison between project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations for Veeva Quality Cloud.
• Analyze requirements and features to develop adoption roadmaps.
• Mentor project teams and junior consultants.
• Guide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and best practices post-implementation.
