Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a driven Program Lead to guide IT operations for our R&D SaaS solutions at client sites remotely. You will oversee a team of technical colleagues, manage agile release processes, and partner with customer stakeholders and 3rd parties to deliver strategic roadmaps.

This remote, full-time role involves travel to customer sites occasionally and requires strong communication and PM certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven program management for implementations/post-implementation teams.
• Strong independent and team working in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• PM Certification or equivalent experience.

The Role

Veeva Systems is looking for driven, self‑motivated Program Leads with a passion for empowering enterprise companies with best‑of‑breed cloud‑based technology. Veeva’s Vault Development Cloud helps organizations eliminate silos and transform business processes across clinical, regulatory, quality, and drug safety with greater efficiency and compliance.

Program Leads within our practice will be responsible for leading a team of technical Veeva colleagues in developing and executing a strategic roadmap of enhancements for a customer’s Veeva Vault products. You’ll oversee implementing an agile release methodology and managing operations across customer QA, IT, and Business teams. In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to partner and build relationships with some of Veeva’s largest, most complex, and strategic customers.

This is a remote, full‑time permanent role with Veeva. There is no work location requirement. This is a customer‑facing role with occasional travel requirements.

What You'll Do

• Program Lead IT Operations at our customers for Veeva’s R&D SaaS solutions
• Function as a primary customer liaison managing communication between managed services teams, customer stakeholders, and 3rd parties
• Oversee customer release management programs including resource planning, release tracking, and forecasting
• Support with the analysis of customer requirements and new product features to develop customer adoption and enhancement roadmaps
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post‑implementation programs focused on the holistic success and continuous improvement of the customer

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Proven program management track record leading implementation and/or post‑implementation teams, while still having a good understanding of technical knowledge
• Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment
• Ability to quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – our company language is English
• Project Management Certification or equivalent relevant experience

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Lifesciences Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, or Drug Safety spaces
• Experience with Data or Content Management applications
• Direct experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, Monday.com, Google Docs, SharePoint, Smartsheet

Compensation

• Total compensation: 240,000 - 380,000 PLN
• The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
