Job summary

Fusion Consulting is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead global cloud platform implementations and Supply Chain functions in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will combine project delivery with CSV, vendor management, and large-scale deployment experience.

The role requires coordinating business, IT, Quality, and external partners across regions while ensuring GxP compliance and successful validation and adoption of enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management in regulated industries.
• Strong background in CSV and GxP-regulated systems.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning or Quality.
• Proven experience managing cloud-based enterprise platform vendors.
• Experience leading global deployments across sites and regions.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, governance, and delivery capabilities.
• Hands-on, execution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global enterprise platform implementations.
• Manage third-party vendors and system integrators for cloud solutions.
• Drive global rollout activities: planning, testing, validation, training, deployment, hypercare.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and CSV methodologies.
• Coordinate stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, governance.
• Facilitate steering committees and provide executive reporting.
• Support change management and user adoption.
