Job summary

Veeva Systems is hiring a Quality Senior Consultant to support Life Sciences customers with quality and compliance solutions. You will work across major pharmaceutical clients to understand processes, configure Vault-based workflows, and collaborate with product teams to translate customer needs into effective deployments.

The role requires strong English communication, consulting experience, and the ability to manage customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Significant experience implementing, supporting, or administering quality IT solutions.
In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and global change management.
Proven track record in consulting or customer-facing roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
University degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Implement new features within the Veeva Quality suite at Life Sciences customers.
Guide customers to improve quality, risk analysis, quality metrics, and audit readiness.
Design solutions based on customer requests and potential needs beyond the stated scope.
Act as liaison between implementation teams, customers, and internal Product groups.
Advise on Vault adoption and post-implementation success across projects.
Drive change management during transitions from on-premise to SaaS solutions.
Support Quality processes, including documents, CAPAs, Deviations, and Audits.
Mentor junior team members and consultants.
