Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Quality Consultant for a remote, full-time role in Europe. You will support life sciences customers, configure Vault, and collaborate with product and delivery teams to meet evolving requirements.

The role emphasizes adaptability, willingness to learn, and strong English communication. Training and mentoring are provided as you upskill in Veeva Quality solutions and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, ideally content management software or Life Sciences IT with Quality Management exposure.
• Experience in a consulting or customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement new features within the Veeva Quality suite at Life Sciences companies ranging from the world's largest pharmaceutical companies to emerging biotech
• Solutioning and configuration of Vault applications to meet customer needs, including but not limited to workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, notifications
• Work closely with customer's business and IT staff to understand their requirements. Think critically and help them achieve their business vision
• Act as customer liaison, managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on the holistic success of the customer
• Drive change management methodology for our customers switching from on-premise to SaaS solutions
• Assist with Quality processes, including documents, Quality Events, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, Audits, and Training
