Sii Poland is seeking an experienced professional to support and enhance a regulated digital quality management environment. You will maintain business-critical quality applications, ensure they operate efficiently, stay compliant with industry standards, and adapt to evolving organizational needs.

The role blends strong system administration with a consultative approach to solution design and problem-solving, focusing on process improvements and reliable validation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience administering and configuring enterprise quality management solutions with hands-on Veeva Quality experience.
• Proven expertise in quality-focused document and process management systems.
• Strong background in system configuration, workflow management, permissions, and governance.
• Experience supporting regulated environments and compliance-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise quality management platforms and their related processes.
• Design and implement system improvements based on business and operational requirements.
• Manage configuration updates, enhancements, and large-scale data maintenance activities.
• Perform validation and testing activities to ensure system reliability and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, conducting root-cause analysis when required.
• Act as an escalation point for advanced support cases while driving continuous system and user experience improvements.
