Sii Poland is seeking an E-Invoicing Expert to support assessment, design, and implementation of electronic invoicing requirements across multiple countries in a regulated environment. You will translate regulatory demands into practical solutions for finance, tax, and transactional processes.

In this role, you will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, drive readiness for implementation, and help ensure compliance with evolving regulations across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-invoicing compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with end-to-end e-invoicing ecosystems (SAP ERP, OCR, EDICOM, Vertex).
• Strong understanding of finance and transactional processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, Intercompany).
• Experience defining and managing cross-system mapping requirements.
• Hands-on track record delivering practical e-invoicing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze electronic invoicing regulations and compliance requirements across countries.
• Define country-specific e-invoicing requirements for EMEA and LATAM.
• Research regulatory information from reliable sources when not readily available.
• Assess dependencies across SAP ERP, OCR, EDICOM, Vertex within the tech stack.
• Develop mapping and integration rules for R2R, O2C, P2P, and Intercompany processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute implementations.
