Job summary

Sii Poland in Kraków is seeking an E-Invoicing Expert to drive assessment, design, and implementation of electronic invoicing requirements across multiple countries, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business and technology landscapes.

You will translate regulatory demands into practical solutions for finance, tax, and transactional processes, supporting readiness and execution across global operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-invoicing compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with end-to-end e-invoicing ecosystems including SAP ERP, OCR, EDICOM, and Vertex.
• Strong knowledge of R2R, O2C, P2P, and intercompany processes.
• Fluent English for collaboration with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze e-invoicing regulations and assess impact on processes and technologies.
• Define country-specific e-invoicing requirements for EMEA and LATAM.
• Research regulatory information from reliable local and international sources.
• Map and define integration rules across R2R, O2C, P2P, and Intercompany.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and enable delivery.
