Sii Poland is seeking an E-Invoicing Expert to support assessment, design, and implementation of electronic invoicing requirements across multiple countries. You will ensure regulatory compliance and translate demands into practical solutions across finance, tax, and transactional processes while guiding readiness and execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-invoicing compliance, mandates and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with end-to-end e-invoicing ecosystems involving SAP ERP, OCR solutions, EDICOM and Vertex.
• Fluent English communication with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze electronic invoicing regulations and compliance requirements, evaluating their impact on business operations and technology platforms.
• Define and document country-specific e-invoicing requirements, focusing on EMEA and LATAM markets.
• Research and validate regulatory information from reliable sources.
• Assess dependencies across the technology ecosystem (SAP ERP, OCR, EDICOM, Vertex).
• Develop mapping and integration rules for R2R, O2C, P2P, and Intercompany processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to choose implementation approaches and support delivery transition.
