Techland in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our digital commercial strategy across major storefronts and drive revenue for the Dying Light franchise. You will shape pricing, bundles, and promotions, while negotiating with platform partners to secure prime storefront features.

The role requires deep knowledge of digital platform economics, strong financial acumen, and a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns and regional strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital sales, commercial management, or platform business development within the video game industry.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the global digital sales strategy across major platforms (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Epic Games Store).
• Develop lifecycle pricing, discounting strategies, and regional pricing to maximize volume and ASP.
• Design high-converting product packaging, SKU architectures, and bundles for base games, expansions, and DLCs.
• Manage day-to-day commercial relationships with first-party platform managers to negotiate promotional features.
• Drive sales execution based on yearly forecasts and analyze performance against KPIs.
