Techland S.A. in Poland seeks a Senior Business Development Manager (Digital Sales) to lead the digital commercial strategy and global sales for the Dying Light franchise across PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and Epic Games Store.

You will own lifecycle pricing, regional pricing, and promotional calendars, crafting bundles and pricing models to maximize revenue, reach, and storefront visibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital sales, commercial management, or platform business development within the video game industry.
• Proven track record of growing game revenue on first‑party digital storefronts (Steam, PSN, Xbox).
• Deep understanding of digital platform economics, lifecycle pricing, discounting, and bundles.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the global digital sales strategy and promotional calendar across major platforms (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Epic Games Store).
• Develop and implement lifecycle pricing, regional pricing, and discounting strategies to maximize volume and ASP.
• Design high-converting product packaging and bundles for base games, expansions, and DLCs.
• Manage day-to-day commercial relationships with first-party platform managers to secure prime storefront merchandising.
• Drive sales execution based on forecasts and analyze performance against KPIs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Publishing, and Legal to model financial impact of campaigns and ensure compliance.
• Serve as an internal expert on storefront algorithms, platform economics, and consumer trends.
