Job summary

Biomapas Group seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our international team. You will support the marketing plan with a focus on digital channels, delivering and optimizing day-to-day activity across paid campaigns, SEO, the website and email marketing.

This hands-on role spans design, events, internal and external communications, and marketing coordination within a small, growing team, using Canva, WordPress and PowerPoint to create assets and reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3-4 years in marketing, ideally B2B; life sciences or pharma services is an advantage.
• At least 1-2 years hands-on experience running LinkedIn and/or Google Ads campaigns.
• Working knowledge of SEO, website CMS (e.g. WordPress) and email marketing tools.
• Comfortable with analytics and reporting (GA4).
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation or Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
• Willingness to embrace and learn AI tools for content, campaigns and analysis; existing experience is an advantage.
• Confident with design tools such as Canva or Figma; Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing are an advantage.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong organization and ability to prioritize across many tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable delivery.
• Clear communication and writing skills.
• Hands-on and proactive; happy to pitch in across the team.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads with targeting and testing.
• Set up conversion tracking, landing pages and retargeting.
• Update website content and support on-page and technical SEO.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Manage organic social media day to day.
• Support CRM and marketing automation so leads are tracked.
• Produce regular reports on digital channel performance against KPIs.
• Execute marketing tasks in the Marketing Plan and maintain the marketing calendar.
• Create marketing materials in Canva and support sales presentations in PowerPoint.
• Brief and manage freelance designers for larger creative work.
• Write, proofread and edit content across channels.
• Coordinate events and exhibitions, logistics and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate activities with agencies, PR, designers and web developers.
• Support internal and external communications with HR and company initiatives.
