Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign activation, or related areas.
• Experience building and optimizing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, and web channels.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, lead generation, analytics, and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Build and activate campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, email, and web channels.
• Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, tracking, tagging, QA, and reporting.
• Monitor performance and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and results.
• Run A/B tests and use data-driven insights to improve future campaigns.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local marketing teams for seamless execution.
