Job summary

O-I is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Global CX Commercial Excellence Team. You will drive customer experience transformation by enhancing efficiency in commercial processes, leveraging automation, AI, data analytics, and advanced CRM tools to support the evolution of our commercial business.

The role focuses on implementing Sales orders automation, intelligent selling models, and providing guidance and training to users across the organization in a lean, agile setup.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering (Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Data Science).
• 1-3 years of experience in IT or data science, with hands-on experience in data management, advanced analytics, and machine learning.
• Proficient in Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, IT, GBS) and external partners to align on technology, data, and process standards.
• Design and implement automation solutions using AI to optimize commercial processes and drive efficiency.
• Deploy intelligent selling models and CRM tools to enhance the customer experience and commercial performance.
• Leverage data and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights and improve decision-making across commercial operations.
