Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. in Katowice is seeking a Lead Customer Experience Specialist. You will be the primary customer contact for an assigned portfolio, coordinating with sales and business operations across the Order-To-Cash process. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days from home.

You will lead commercial and operational activities, manage orders, and drive end-to-end customer satisfaction while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Business fluent in written and spoken English (plus German - nice to have).
• 5+ years Customer Support and/or OtC related experience.
• Strong knowledge/experience with CRM/ERP system business processes.
• High level of MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Primary customer contact for assigned portfolio; coordinate with Sales and Operations.
• Own Order-To-Cash activities: validate/book orders, manage changes, provide status updates.
• Collaborate with ISC, Logistics, Finance and Sales to meet customer expectations and maximize revenue.
• Perform backlog management and reporting to address orders/invoices status and delays.
• Support SAP, Salesforce, InContact implementations and system enhancements.
