SupportYourApp is seeking a CX Solutions Consultant to help translate business processes into intelligent automation for global clients. You will evaluate current customer support platforms, craft AI roadmaps, and recommend AI-powered tools to boost efficiency and CSAT.

Qualifications

Fluent in English with professional experience.
At least 1 year designing AI-driven support automation.
Solid knowledge of support operations and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Evaluate clients' support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) and AI usage maturity.
Create AI readiness assessments and roadmaps with phased plans.
Recommend AI-powered solutions like chatbots and auto-triage.
Conduct structured discovery and audit of tickets, SLAs, and CSAT metrics.
Design scalable workflows and automation strategies.
Translate findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
Analyze workflows, categories, volume, and escalation paths for optimizations.
Stay updated on AI tech and best practices in support automation.
