Job summary

CHEP Polska Sp. z o.o. in Poland seeks a Customer Service Specialist to manage inquiries, onboard new customers, and coordinate with Sales, Finance and Operations to deliver a seamless customer journey.

You will ensure data accuracy, resolve complex issues, and support ongoing improvements. The role requires English and Romanian fluency, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience in customer-facing roles within FMCG or supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in English and Romanian; other CEE languages a plus.
• Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or FMCG customer liaison preferred.

Responsibilities

• Professionally manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with timely communication.
• On-board new customers including myCHEP training and maintain customer records in systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure seamless customer experience from order to resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer data and service requests; support performance tracking and reporting.
• Identify improvement opportunities, drive customer retention, and advocate for customer needs within CHEP.
