Job summary

Xylem in Warsaw is seeking a proactive Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to join our international team. You will manage orders from entry to delivery and support cross-functional logistics activities.

You will coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, and transport providers to ensure on-time delivery across Poland, Ukraine, and the Baltic states, while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Fluency in Polish and English is required; knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a plus, and

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, or a similar operational environment.
Fluent Polish and English.
Ukrainian or Russian language skills are a strong advantage.
Experience working with ERP/CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or iScala.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage the full order lifecycle, from order entry to delivery and invoicing.
Coordinate transportation activities and monitor deliveries; resolve issues proactively.
Maintain accurate customer, order, and financial data; monitor KPIs and support processes.
