Job summary

Maersk in Warsaw is seeking a proactive Customer Experience professional to design tailor-made logistics and end-to-end transport solutions for diverse customers. You will own the customer journey, coordinate with global teams, and help simplify complex logistics for our clients.

You will build strong relationships, spot improvement opportunities, and support digitization efforts while communicating in English and, preferably, Polish. German language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Background in freight forwarding or logistics with customer service.
• Strategic and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix organization.
• Fluent in English; Polish preferred; German advantageous.
