Job summary

EcoWater EMEA Sp.Z.O.O. is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist (French Market) to join the European team in Poznań/Dąbrówka.

You will manage end-to-end order fulfillment, maintain master data, and coordinate cross-border shipments to ensure accurate invoicing and on-time delivery. The role requires multilingual communication (French, English, Polish) at B2 level or higher, 2+ years in customer service or logistics, and ERP/MS Office proficiency; hybrid work offered with

Qualifications

• French at B2 level or higher for daily communication.
• English at B2 level or higher for collaboration.
• Polish at B2 level or higher for internal communication.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, logistics, order management, or a related role.
• Secondary or higher education in logistics, administration, business, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order fulfillment process in the ERP system, from order entry to invoicing and delivery tracking.
• Maintain customer master data and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and logistics partners.
• Handle returns and customer claims with timely communication.
• Prepare shipping/export documents (COs, proforma invoices, customs docs).
• Monitor KPIs such as OTIF and Customer Satisfaction, assist with shipment planning.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure on-time deliveries and quality compliance.
• Support ISO 9001 procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
