Job summary

Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, is recruiting for a business development role in Poland. You will drive market expansion for Bybit Pay, build and own the growth pipeline, and expand the merchant and partner network across borders.

You will work with Product, Compliance, Payments Ops and Marketing to activate payment use cases, shape regional GTM strategies, and identify high-potential corridors for crypto-to-fiat flows, contributing to Bybit’s global growth.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the KOL and VIP ecosystem
• In-depth knowledge of the local market
• Comprehensive knowledge of our platform and products
• Strong understanding of community dynamics
• Knowledge of the OSOP environment for creating Campaign 2.0 campaigns
• Understanding of the marketing landscap
• Fluent in Polish and English

Responsibilities

• Support market expansion for Bybit Pay across global, building and owning the full growth pipeline
• Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, community leaders, and other growth channels.
• Drive the end-to-end BD cycle: market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and partnership execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Card , Fiat Channels, Compliance, Payments Ops, Marketing) to activate and scale payment use cases.
• Develop regional GTM strategies and identify high-potential payment corridors for crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto flows.
• Support cross-border payment products, including settlement channels, payout solutions, and merchant integrations.
• Provide market intelligence, partner feedback, and competitive analysis to optimize product direction.
• Represent Bybit in industry events, conferences, and ecosystem partnerships.
