Moderna Warsaw seeks an experienced in-house contracts lawyer to join its global Legal team. You’ll draft, review and negotiate complex commercial, procurement, manufacturing and quality contracts, supporting cross‑functional partners and guiding deals from buy‑side and sell‑side perspectives.

English required; Polish helpful. The role offers a hybrid in‑office model with opportunities to leverage Generative AI tools.

Formación

• University law degree with full qualification.
• 6+ years in-house and/or law firm experience.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts in biotech/pharma.
• Experience with commercial, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, quality or CMC contracting.
• Strong judgment and clear, pragmatic communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal and operational support across commercial, CMC, procurement and contracting matters.
• Act as a legal escalation point for buy-side contract matters, including procurement and supply chain negotiations.
• Support sell-side and private market contract escalations; resolve non-standard issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts for Moderna’s operations.
• Review promotional materials for regulatory and company alignment.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Commercial, Compliance, Regulatory, Medical, CMC, Quality and others.
• Exercise judgment balancing legal considerations with pragmatic, risk-based solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships in a global environment.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize and enhance legal processes.
• Explore Generative AI and other digital tools to streamline workflows.
