Job summary

Versigent seeks a senior employment counsel in Kraków to provide labor-law guidance across the EMEA region, partnering with HR and business leaders to ensure compliant, effective people decisions and policy interpretation.

You will draft, review, and maintain employment-related agreements and training materials, monitor regulatory changes, support restructurings and cross-border M&A, and coordinate with external counsel on investigations and disputes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as an attorney advising labor and employment matters.
• Practical legal advice on employment, employee relations, investigations, and compliance.
• Experience supporting HR and business stakeholders on employment law issues.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment-related agreements and policies.
• Experience supporting litigation, investigations, and external counsel management.
• Experience with organizational changes, restructurings, or business transactions.
• Cross-functional teamwork across multiple regions preferred.
• Knowledge of global employment law concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on labor and employment matters across the EMEA region.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on employee relations, hiring, disciplinary actions, terminations, and policy interpretation.
• Monitor labor law developments and support compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Draft, review, and maintain employment-related agreements, policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Support organizational changes, restructurings, business integrations, and M&A employment-related activities.
• Assist with employment disputes, litigation, investigations, and coordination with external counsel.
• Support ethics and compliance programs, including Code of Conduct and ethics hotline case management.
• Conduct legal research, risk assessments, and compliance-related projects.
• Maintain legal records, reporting, and departmental metrics.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and provide support across Employment, Litigation, and GRC activities.
