Job summary

Solid Company seeks a Compensation professional for an 8-month fixed-term assignment in Poland. You will provide expert guidance on compensation, rewards and related policies to HR partners and Technology Leadership.

The role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with Workday Compensation or similar HRIS tools, and the ability to deliver consultative input to regional leads. A Bachelor's degree is essential; Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid compensation / Total Rewards experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, nested logic, Pivot Tables
• Hands-on familiarity with Workday Compensation or enterprise HRIS tools
• Proven capability to provide consultative advice to HR Partners and Senior Technology Heads
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's/University degree; Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing consultation, advice, knowledge and expertise on compensation-related issues to HR Advisors and business managers
• Assisting with the annual compensation planning process for the Technology Business, including salary increases and bonuses
• Responding to inquiries from HR Partners on compensation, reward and recognition issues
• Applying technical expertise in compensation principles, practices and procedures on assignments
• Impacting compensation end results through project management and client relationships
• Partnering with other teams on key compensation initiatives and day-to-day activities
• Engaging in regulatory projects such as Material Risk Taker Identification with regular meetings with business heads
• Partnering with Compensation Leads to implement and deliver on projects
• This is an 8 month Fixed Term Contract
