Job summary

ENGIE Poland is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Partner to design and optimize compensation practices across the ENGIE Poland Group. By turning data into actionable insights, you will support strategic workforce decisions, budget management, and the continuous improvement of our reward programs.

You will work with international teams in a hybrid setup across Katowice and Warsaw, handling analytics, reporting, and data security with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 7 years of experience in Human Resources.
• 5 years of experience in budgeting, reporting, and database analysis with large data.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Advanced English and Polish; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve compensation analytics, reporting tools, and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Analyze compensation data, salary structures, and market trends, providing recommendations to management.
• Prepare workforce cost analyses, salary review simulations, and budget forecasts.
• Monitor personnel costs and support budget planning and control.
• Manage HR data reporting and KPI analysis with data accuracy and timely insights.
• Support process improvements, risk management, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive HR and compensation data.
